Based on your nursing experience, what change would you like to implement to improve care? What are the first steps you would take to implement the change?

Answer: There is a need of lot of improvement in the care of the patients. By implementing various methods we can achieve the target for providing quality care to the patients. Using better technology for the diagnosis of the diseases may also help in improvement. Making an appointment for the patients to the physician should be made easier so that patients may not feel problem while taking appointments and this can be done by using technology as online appointments can be provided to the patients. So, that they need not stand in the queue for long. The quality of patient care is recognized by the quality of training, quality of infrastructure, the competence of personnel and efficiency of operational systems. The working hours and the workload on the nurses should be minimized as due to excessive workload and high presuure, nurses become tired which is one of the cause that they are unable to deliver better care to the patients.
