• Coping skills and soft skill training has to be provided yo the staff

The change in practice to patients and nursing peers can 've introduced in the following way

• Abundant time has to be spent with patient when bringing such changes
• Patients has to be asked for suggestions
• Listen to the patients and the nurses for their active participation
