Answer: To develop more resilience practice settings:

• Positive attitude: In any of the profession, person should always keep positive attitude towards his work. This will increase the productivity.
• Time management: It is one of the most important in nursing profession as to manage time. The work should not be pending and should be performed on time.
• Evidence based practice: Nurse should most of the time use external sources for the nursing practice such as indulgence of evidence based practice.
• Being a leader: Having a leadership qualities will improve the outcome of the work and will enhance the productivity.
• Proper communication: Communication removes the barrier of mis understanding.

Any change which can bring positive outcomes should always be implemented. But sudden change in any work can bring the negative impact. So changes in nursing practices one must include slow introduction. Such as adoption of advanced technology in the healthcare practice. Reducing the workload by time management etc.
