Read the following situation. Explain whether you think the behavior is OK, Not Ok, or Questionable. Then, discuss your reason(s) and provide support for your answer. You are the manager of a small marketing team in a start-up company. Anthony is one of the newer members of your team. He has just joined the team and in efforts to fit in, is often loud and boisterous. One of his co-workers, Michael, has complained to you about some of the language that he uses in the office. Apparently, he has nicknames for the women in the office -- and also some of the customers. These include terms such as "Boots" "Legs" "Sizzle" and "Taco." Is this OK, Not Ok, or Questionable? How would you handle the situation?

Not Ok; if i were in this situation i would first give a warning letter, and if that continues it'll lead to termination of his post. office is a place where we shouldn't goof around and if he does the same thing again after receiving the warning letter then there is no line of authority between the manager and the sub-ordinate which is not good for the team. doing it to the customers is the main concern here . if they feel offended then their marketing is gonna be affected , under these circumstances this behaviour is Not Ok
