Being a financial officer , after having a thorough evaluation and analysis only I can make any changes or manipulation according to the needs and requirements in the budget section alloted for each department of the hospital .
- The best way to communicate with these department managers is to have a democratic meeting and presenting my perspective and allowing them also to put their views . This will erase the unnecessary misunderstandings and miscommunication . I will also have a presentation on the analysis and evaluation done by me of all the years and what was the outcome . Will make them understand that how extra funds can be utilised in some other activity which would help in the organization outcome and hence will also have positive output in the staffs payment .
