-Normal weight is defined as BMI of 18.5-24.9

-Overweight is defined as weight in excess of the average given height, based on height-weight tables a BMI of 25-29.9

-Weight less than average for a given height-weight table, a weight of less than 18.5

-Obesity is defined as the excessive accumulation of body fat a BMI of over 30 and 25% excess in women and more than 32% in men.
