Dividend to Preferred stock = 15000*150*1% = $22500

Dividend to Common stock = 45000 - 22500 = $22,500

20Y2

Dividend to Preferred stock = 15000*150*1% = $22500 restricted to $18000

Dividend to Common stock = $0

20Y3

Dividend to Preferred stock = 15000*150*1% = $22500 + 4500 = $27,000

Dividend to Common stock = 67500 - 27000 = $40,500
