28) Interview is one qualitative data collection technique: Here we select people or group of individuals and ask them questions on our requirements. Than we will listen or record those answers which can be either in a structureed format or in a unstructured format will be analysed and try to understand those answers in an in-depth manner. Interview are always done one at a time.

Surveys are one of the quantitative data collection technique: Here we will ask questions to the customer using different methods like door to door survey, telephone calls, online survey etc. The answers given by them will collected in data form and analysis will be done for a better understanding.

The different types of sampling methods

1) Snow ball sampling: In this method the researcher will select one individual of certain characteristics where that individual will select few more individuals with similar characteristics and than he will refer them to the researcher.

2)Quota sampling: Depending on the study conducted by the researcher he will select a designated number of individuals. The number will be depending on what designated individual the researcher wanted for his study.

3)Voluntary sampling: An advertisement will be given and people who after seeing that advertisement will come to volunteer will be considered for study purpose.

4) Purposive sampling: The researcher will select specific individual depending on the study he is doing as they have to answer those specific questions.

5) Response driven sampling: It is a combination of snowball and mathematical modelling where analysis will be done using mathematical models on the responses provided by individuals.
