Inflation will cause severe problems in healthcare.All the people will suffer from this including insureres,providers and espexialle patients.
If inflation occurs then healthcare will be difficult to provide for every person.Many people will suffer because of the economical burden.Some companies may shift the costs or drop the coverages completely and government does not have the ability to purchase coverage for every person.
If inflation occurs the helathcahe costs will increase.
CHANGE IN POPULATION DEMOGRAPHICS.
Changes in population age and size increases the healthcare costs because the resources should be needed in great number which will result in cost increase for care.
INTENSITY.
The changes in intensity are the cause of increase of healthcare costs.Intensity and the use of healthcare services by people many times are the reason for cost increase.
TECHNOLOGY.
Technology development in healthcare increased the chance of treatment and it also increases the price of the care.People who are able to be treated by the physician is mostly becoming depended on technology.They are using technology but the cost is also increasing.
