(A)Ans: Anthropometric is a type of measurement that are used to assess the size,shape and composition of mike who is six year old and Dana is three and Trey who is nine month old.

There are common method used to gather these measurements such as BMI ,Waist to Hip ratio, Skin fold test and Bio electrical impedencei

BMI measurement : Body mass Index (BMI) is a person's weight in kilogrammes divided by the square of height in metersM

BMI can be used to screen for weight categories that may lead to health problem but it is not diagnostic of the body fatness or health of an individual.

Waist to hip ratio: It is the dimension less ratio of the circumference of the waist to that of the hips . This is calculated as waist measurement divided by hip measurement(W÷H).Example: A person with 38"(97cm) hips and 30"(76cm) waist has a waist hip ratio of about 0.78.

Skin Fold test: A device known as skin fold caliper is used to measured the skin fold thickness so that a prediction of the total amount of body fat can be made.

Bio electrical impedencei : It is commonly used method for estimating body composition in a particular body fat and muscle mass .In Bio electrical impedencei , a weak electrical current flows through the body and the voltage is measured in order to calculate the resistance of the body.

(B)Ans :It is a process of diagnosing and planning treatment for a patient that involves evaluating someone in order to figure out what is wrong in the mike ,dana and Trey body.

The method of clinical assessment such as observation , the clinical interview,psychological tests,personality inventories , neurological tests, behavioral assessment, the physical examination and intelligence test etc.

(C)Ans: Accurately measuring the weight and length of the child and recording this information is critical for growth charts to be used as an effective screening tool.

In these process,the accurately weight, length and height of the child is compared with WHO growth charts. If it is similar with WHO growth charts than the child growth is normal otherwise it is not normal.
