Using the data given and histogram, it is clear that the more data values are located on the left hand side with higher frequency and lower data values with low frequency are located on the right hand side.

Median value is smaller as compared to mean value.

mean = 32418.6267

Median = 31546.4471

So, it is clear that median is less than mean.

So, it is right skewed because data is less on the right hand side.

Thus, we can say that the distribution is right skewed.
