The number of shares is 178.5

First of all let us know the formula for calculating market capitalization.

Market Capitalization = Current Share Price * No of Shares

Therefore ,

Market Price- Rs 90.

No of Shares Outstanding- 178.5

Market Value of Comapny - 90*178.50 = 16,065.
