5. Order dose Hydromorphone 2.5mg.

Available strength 5mg/5ml, I.e 1mg/1ml

5mg - 5ml = 1mg/ml

the nurse will administer

5mg + 1mg/ml = 2.5ml

Answer - 2.5ml

6. Order dose - Fluoxetine 30mg P.O Daily

Available tablets 10mg per tablet

The nurse should give

30mg + 10mg tablet = 3tablets

Answer - The nurse will administer 3 tablets per dose.

7. Order dose - Buspirone 7.5 mg P.O in every 12 hours

Available tablet Buspirone 15 mg/ tablet

So, Nurse will administer

7.5mg + 15mg tablet = 0.5tablets Means 1/2 tablet.

Answer - The nurse will administer half of a Buspirone tablet.

Available strength of Hydrocortisone sodium succinate 1000mg/8ml, I.e 125mg/ml
