Pressure at depth 'h' is given by:

P = Patm + rho*g*h

Patm = atmospheric pressure = 1 atm = 1.01325*10^5 Pa

rho = density of sea water = 1030 kg/m^3

g = 9.81 m/sec^2

h = depth = 4267 m

So,

P = 1.01325*10^5 + 1030*9.81*4267

P = 4.32*10^7 Pa = (4.32*10^7 Pa)/(1 atm/1.01325*10^5 Pa)

P = 426.35 atm
