Ans) 1) The brain-blood barrier disturbances, changes in neurotransmission, neuroinflammation, oxidative stress, GABA-ergic or benzodiazepine pathway abnormalities, manganese neurotoxicity, brain energetic disturbances, and brain blood flow abnormalities are considered to be involved in the development of hepatic.

2) Like other health disciplines, pharmacy education needs to focus efforts on expansion of assessment beyond satisfaction/self-efficacy survey tools and knowledge, to encompass assessment of clinical performance and critical thinking. Of high importance is the need to develop reliable, valid assessment tools to accurately evaluate the effectiveness of learning with simulation. Although moving to these next levels of assessment will be difficult, enhanced collaboration among pharmacy educators can help ensure the successful advancement of valid assessment tools.

3) The use of simulation to educate health care professionals and improve quality and patient safety within pediatric institutions. Simulation, defined as “the imitation of the operation of a real-world process or system over time,”1 is a powerful tool that has been adapted for use in health care. To date, the use of simulation in pediatrics has focused predominantly on its benefits as an educational modality, providing health care professionals the opportunity to acquire and master key skills and behaviors in a risk-free environment. In a recent systematic review, simulation-based education for pediatrics was found to be effective for promoting the acquisition of knowledge and key skills for a broad spectrum of clinical tasks.2 Unfortunately, the evidence supporting a positive effect of simulation-based education on real patient outcomes in the clinical environment is scarce. Despite this scarcity of evidence, the field of pediatric simulation has seen steady growth on a global scale, with the formation of societies and networks dedicated to promoting the use of simulation for advancing pediatric care. This growth begs the question of whether there are other ways of using simulation in health care to have a more direct effect on patient safety and the health outcomes of pediatric patients.

4) Every year, millions of people die or get seriously injured due to errors in health practices. Therefore , it is crucial that safe care is enabled and medical errors are minimized in nursing practices and rapid response is given to changing health conditions. In order to train nurses who have professional values and are efficient in their field, simulation-based ethical education has become popular today. Enabling patient safety and preserving legal rights are ethical obligations in terms of personal, institutional and vocational benefit. Simulation is an educational model consisting of ethical and legal concepts. In this context, it is envisaged that simulation-based training such as self-rule, patient consent, patient defensiveness, empathy, communication skills and care in special patient groups are integrated in all health fields. It is considered that this approach regarded as an innovative practice can contribute to the training of health team, which has ethical values. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the current state of the simulation-based ethical training under the light of literature review.
