1) while performing mammography in deaf patients it will be some what difficult to instruct them.

The radiologist should learn how to use relay telecommunication system. This will help to allow the communication with person who is deaf or hard to hear.

Provide a certified sign language interpreter. While speaking face the patient so that your lips are visible. Try to speak clearly and slowly in an normal voice.

If necessary communicate by writing in paper.
