Scarcity means having limited resources which are not sufficient for the people who wanted to use those resources. It is the basic economic problem that we see and face. The major problem is scarcity of resources is that the wants of people are unlimited.

When scarcity reaches such a stage people want those resources for themselves. Thus it will bring conflict between people and also effect the relationship between countries.

Problem of still plague the society because the population is increasing every year and the resources are depleting every year which leads to conflicts between countries thus leading to wars for these resources like old times.
