Sharon cardiovascular program schedule :

#General health check up:

1.Diabetologist advice for better hyperglycemic control.

2.HBA1C blood test to be done for evaluate previous 3 months hyperglycemic control.

3.Chest x-ray:basic evaluation tool to identity any cardiopulmonary fragments affected. Why because she had a history of chronic smoking.

4.Dietician evaluation for better hyperglycemic + control weight gain.

#Cardiology check up:

1.blood investigations such as blood routine, LFT, RFT, TFT, CPK, CKMB, uric acid, HBA1C must be done.

2.ECG :basic parameter used to evaluate cardiac issues.

3.ECHO & TMT: Echo used to find out any wall motion abnormalities, valvular changes, &TMT used to find out cardiac dysfunctions in a variable pattern.

4.As her age consider we could suggest on angiography;to rule out coronary arteries function as better.

#Diet:

1.Low salt low fat low sugar food products are preferable like vegetables, oats, skinless chicken, whole grains, bread.

2.Dietician evaluation is required to improve a better health pattern.

3.achieve better hyperglycemic control, weight reduction & control.

#Exercise :

1.Daily 30 minutes walking is preferable according to the above evaluation.

2.cardiac exercises.

3.Daily routine works also give a better exercise effect for women.

4.Yoga & meditation's also give better relief.

#Medication :

1.Diabetes & hypertension are the co-factors for cardiovascular problems. So control them.

2.Advice oral hypoglycemic agents or insulin for better hyperglycemic control.

3.Advice antihypertensives for BP control.

4.In case identified any cardiovascular disease and suggests medical management, continue cardiac drugs as per cardiologist order.

5.Don't skip the medications unless doctors order.

# Followup:

1.proper follow up need to evaluate previous condition and after treatment condition.

2.Required dose adjustment for drugs with current evaluations.

3.In case any discomfort identified please be notify your cardiologist & take attention.
