a. Shareholder's equity = Total Assets - Total liabilities

= ($6,000+$25,100) - ($4,950+$12,000)

= $31,100 - $16,950

= $14,150.

b. Net Working Capital (NWC) = Current assets - Current liabilities

= $6,000 - $4,950

= $1,050.
