Shareholder's equity = sum of company's assets - total debt

Now, sum of company's assets = current assets + fixed assets

= $(6400 + 33600) = $40000

total debt = Current liabilities + long term debt

= $(4800 + 12000) = $16800

Thus, Shareholder's equity for Woodbury Hatchery = $(40000 - 16800)

= $23200

Thus, Answer : 23200
