Eukaryotes have gene for translation which is similar to the prokaryotes of archae.

the genes for DNA replication, transcription and translation are similar between a eukaryote and archae. the molecular machine used by both are almost same.

the other options are incorrect because,

Eukaryotes have ester linkage but archae has ester linkage

The metabolsim of an archae and eukarya is not much similar. Bacteria and archae share similarities in their metabolsim
