Answer) 1) Major- It must be reported to the assigned nurse or doctor as rash can be a sign of something serious.

2) Minor- Patient must be supported by me or the assigned hospital staff in the absence of family for emotional support.

3) Minor- This must be reported to the maintanance department.

4) Major- Immediately call for help from the doctors or nurses as it will require immediate checkup of the patient.
