The objective cells are B2,C2 and D2. The objective cell is the one that represents the objective function. The objective of the matrix in the given question would be to maximize profits per unit of activities mentioned therein. Thus the objective of unit profit respresented by cells B2 C2 D2 are called as objective cells i.e coloumn b and row 2 etc.
