1.The patient needs Anti Leukotriene Drugs.This drug can block the leukotriene synthesis responsible for inflammation of the respiratory pathway leading to dyspnea in asthmatic patient.For inhaler he can be prescribed Budesonide yo prevent and manage asthmatic attack.
