The end justifies the means is a positive outcome justifies the methods one employs to reach it , even if they are unethical.
A good outcome excuses any wrongs committed to attain it.
But " the end justifies the means" is not really belongs to health care practice because
for every heath practice the health care professionals need to follow ethical values.
