It is always best to stay away from things which can cause illness and taking our path towards a medical team or a person making our pocket with no penny at the end either with a cure or not.
Certain treatment are painless and most soothing but may have side effects of its own and others outweighs the adverse effects than the benefits.So it is better not to experience this just by taking simple preventive measures like regular health check up,proper diet,exercise,no alcohol or smoking,good life style practices ,screening services,counselling services and preventive services.
