To get a uniform answers across the board a planned systematic training on various aspects should be conducted to all health care providers.This will help us in getting a higher likelihood of hearing similar answers

When and how can a care providers depart from a patient management guideline.

Guidelines are set rules or principle to be followed in a particular care of patients.there are certain guidelines which are wrongly laid for a particular patients.this flawed guideline can lead to poor quality care of patients.Once the care provider come across a flawed guideline it can lead then not you trust again . Another reason for not following the guidelines may be due to time consumtion or complexity of the guidelines.at times guidelines reduces the morale of the physician by forcing them to follow a flawed guideline.

Why is individualized interdisciplinary plan of care important?

Interdisciplinary plan of care takes the whole patient into consideration it's a holistic approach to the patient.rather than treating the disease it aims at treating the patient.interdisciplinary plan of care involves members of various teams like nursing,medicine, physiotherapy, dietician, counsellor,lab medicine.This leads to provide dependent and interdependent orders for care.it involves interdisciplinary rounds of all the patient every day.This approach has helped patients recover from a particular disease faster .

Case management is the newer technology used in health care to provide a quality care in low cost .case management has shown to reduce the cost of health care,reduce the length of stay, reduce readmission,.case management involves a case manager to assess a patient at the time of admission and decide on the most fastest and economical an of care considering all the available alternate options.it takes care of patients till discharge and recovery to provide a complete and safe care. Case management has reduced use of unnecessary laboratory tests, medications, differential diagnosis.
