A chatbot is a rule-driven application, and sometimes artificial intelligence. Over the chat app, users interact with a chatbot, similar to how they would speak to a real person. It is a computer program which simulates a natural conversation between humans. You can use voice command or text message to communicate with chatbots. Chatbots can be produced to sell any kind of products that your company makes. For example, the Facebook Messenger features a common Skyscanner flight search engine with a chatbot.
The chatbot, on the one hand, lets Skyscanner sell its flights and communicate with its customers. On the other hand, the chatbot greatly simplifies a user's travel experience by offering the cheapest destinations, based on a small amount of information the individual provides. A user needs to enter the dates of travel, and the departure city and chatbot can instantly find a travel destination for you. It removes manual work that is wasting energy and anxiety on travelers.
Digital shops and private individuals that sell their services also use chatbots. Bots help customers with the buying process, they offer the best matching solution based on user needs, so an individual wouldn't make a lot of effort to find the right product. Chatbots are also designed for learning they provide educational material about the discipline they teach (small volume texts), "communicate" with students, and through testing they assess their expertise. The developers of such bots are attempting as much as possible to make the "teacher" sound as human.
The right interface is important for a successful customer experience that will keep a company's customers engaged. This is why a bot interface will be easy for users as they use messengers every day to chat and connect with friends and family. This creates an opportunity for a company to reach out to consumers on a forum they trust and build a personalized dialogue that will make people feel relaxed and secure when using your services or purchasing your product.
