1) the precision from the diagram is 0.1 m

2) actual diameter = 6.355 - 0.004 = 6.351 mm

3 volume of rod = pi/4 * d^2*l

= pi/4 * (0.0053)^2*6.241

= 137.68*10^-6 m^3

= 137.68 cm^3
