Wearing a Burk a by Muslim females are their tradition, it cannot be changed or restricted by others.In case of workplace if the hospital policy strictly adheres to follow dress code and maintain uniformity then a leniency for each individual staff is not possible as per their request.

If wearing a burka doesn't affect the work in any way then upon proper instructions by the Director of Human Resource could allow it

For instance (a female working in Operation theatre cannot use it ,while a staff in ward can use it by pinning it ul)
