Answer : OCLS means orange country library system :

Data: data is facts or figures, stored in computer. Through input we can provide it.

Information : conveying matter in a particular sequence.

Knowledge resources : are human resources, structural and relational resources.

* it includes managers, (stakeholders), employees, and their, knowledge, attributes, abilities, skills, and experiences.

So the inputs are good means by good knowledge resources the outputs, also comes good.

* human resources - are knowledge and abilities and skills, and experiences, and characteristics .

* if these all are well the input also can give efficiently, so the outputs are well.

Requirements for a controlled vocabulary is soft ware requirements and internet.

Computer science, bio Informatics, data mining are included here
