B. Percentage change in the labor force= ((Labor force in 2011-labor force in 2010)/labor force in 2010)*100

In the Northeast=-0.3%

South=0.5%

Midwest=-0.2%

C.Unemployment rates in May 2011= (Unemployed/labor force)*100

In the Northeast=7.9%
