Perry should specialize in the production of:

(d) neither good.

Because perry does not have a comparitive advantage in producing either of the good. In case of peoms, both poem and jordan have the same PPF. However, in case of novels, jordan has a comparitive advantage, hence jordan should specialize in production of novels.
