Blood sugars & insulin given, any PRNS given for pain, nausea, constipation, diarrhea, etc... Intake/Output, Dressing changes, wound drainage, IV site & fluids running, presence of all tubes/drains, new lab results, pending lab results. If you have a new admission provide more details about your admission including: Reason for hospitalization, history, reason for admission to skilled nursing facility, etc., in addition to other data. ASSIGNMENT: Create one patient scenario, and indicate what you are going to report to your oncoming nurse. Be creative and detailed here.
