The right answer is A, that is, the price of good X is greater than the price of good Y. As we know, the slope of the budget is equal to the ratio of the price of good X and the price of good Y.  

Remember, this problem can be considered as the same problem where the slope of the budget constraint is greater than 1, here, negative is used for the negative slope only. So, the slope will be greater than one when the price of X is greater than the price of Y.
