Primary IV running at 125 ml/hr that means patient is receiving 125 X 24 =3000 ml in 24 hours

1g of cefoxitin in 75 ml D5W Q6h over 1 hours means patient is receiving 4 g( 4 doses) of Cefoxitin in a total of 75ml x 4 D5w ie 300 ml of D5w  in 24 hour

Therefore total parenteral intake in 24 hours = 3000+ 300 =3300 ml
