* if there is any required by law due to some legal problems, like for example medicolegal cases, like injuries by quarrelings,and accidents ect.

* or if it is directed by court this information is compulsory necessary to know,

* and any benefits to the clients, due to that disclosures of confidential health information.

So in that situations we can disclosures the client information.

* to improve health care safety and quality and efficiency.

* it will provide privacy provisions and security provisions.

Red flags rule :

It can secures the information, and implement the written program to prevent and identify the threat, and or maintainance of covered accounts.

Health care operations :

These are administrative, financial legal and quality improvement activities and these are very important to run the business and support the complete functions of treatment and payments.

These HITECH act and Red flags rules are affected on health care operations like, these can useful to prevent the theft and can prevent the crime.
