Answer: Now adays obesity has become one of the major reason which gives rise to many other diseases. Obese patients are generally at higher risk of developing diseases such as cardoocardiova disease, diabetes etc.

Lifestyle effects these conditions as people who are too busy to take care of themselves lacks many vitamins and nutrients which leads to increase in the obesity as they only prefer junk foods etc. Changing lifestyle such as indulgence of physical activities including 35 minutes morning walk can do a lot changes in the diabetic patients, it lowers the cholesterol level also and keep body and mind healthy. Eating green vegetables, healthy foods which has more Fiber as well as nutrients will decrease the bad cholesterol from the body hence lowers the lipid deposition. Eating healthy foods including protein rich foods will also helps to manage the cholesterol levels.

The adverse effects of the Atorvastatin is that it weakens the skeletal muscle tissue which also results into renal failure.
