• Educating the patient regarding good food and fluid intake and to avoid caffeine products intake during bed time.
• Encourage the patient to indulge in physical activities during day time and avoid strenuous activities before bedtime.
• Encourage the patient to take mild during bed time.
• Inhibit the patient from day time napping
