Suppose you are on a committee that has to decide whether to cut nursing staff or social services staff. How would you approach the problem?

Answer: The nursing staff provides care to the patients in the healthcare settings. Most of the patient requires intensive care and monitoring. Wheras the social service staff fulfill the requirements that are needed to reduce healthcare issues. Every particular profession have their own value. But there is demand of nurses as growing number of diseases and illness. Patient required better healthcare and monitoring. So, reducing the nursing staff is not a good idea. Nurse plays many roles in the healthcare settings such as providing care, imparting knowledge, patient counseling as well as delivering the medications to the patients. There is immense need of the nursing staff.
