In my opinion,

Hospital social workers will not see every patient that comes into the hospital. They will usually receive a referral from a doctor or nurse for social work services. Social workers also provide patient education on treatment options and help coordinate services needed after discharge, such as medical equipment. They also help patients determine appropriate health care and other health services, and provide support to patients with serious illnesses.

A Registered Nurse comes with many of the same responsibilities as professionals in other fields. The very nature of the job requires to be a good communicator and teacher, a person who can gather information and make smart decisions, someone who can deal with stressful situations, and a person who cares deeply for the well-being of others.

Social workers help people through a variety of life challenges, some of which aren't related to medical conditions. With nursing, you're primarily involved in the health outcomes of a patient.

However, a distinction based on care qualification did appear with "care-qualified" staff demonstrating a more reflective response and fewer ageist assumptions than their non-care-qualified colleagues.

as a member of the committee i will decide to discontinue social service staff by using inductive reasoning as it proceeds from general part to specific parts in this problem the proceeding from general is the nurse can perform patient care and can move on to the specific things which can also be done by the social worker like receiving referals from doctors, educating the patient regarding treatment options and healthy practices, supporting family members and coordinating services with the other team members.

Your career path in healthcare and health-related fields will present many problems that will require critical reasoning. Think about potential issues or even issues you have already encountered. Determine what type of critical reasoning - inductive or deductive - best suits the situation - or do you...
