Answer #1

Monophasic sodium citrate consists of acid salt of citric acid.

Triphasic sodium citrate which refers to simply sodium citrate which has tart flavour and is been added in food.

The best sodium citrate is monophasic.

Monophasic Sodium citrate works as best anticoagulant as it has calcium chelating properties. For prothrombin and partial thromboplastin test sodium citrate anticoagulant is best.
