- What are the main differences between governmental health agencies, quasi-governmental health agencies, and nongovernmental health agencies?

- What are the benefits of membership in professional organization/ association? Why should students seek memberships in such organizations/ associations?

Difference between these there are

Governmental organisations

It is an agency or government either permanent or for a small period of time (non permanent) , an organization that is under control and supported by the government and overall maitainance and administeration of certain specific functions is also done by the government.

A government organisation is may be set by the nation or by a state of a country . Governmental agencies can be established by executive or by legislative powers.

Examples are:-

Educational organisations.

Government hospitals

Government schools.

Railways.

Banks.

Quasi governmental organisations.

It is an organisation of government and also support is being provided by the government but it's management are done privately, it is not fully controlled by the government, it doesn't fit completely into government or private characteristics.

Examples are:

Hospitals , electricity operators etc.

Non governmental organisations.

A non governmental agencies operate by its own without any government support and it mainly focuses on social and political issues , these organisations run by volunteers and social workers whose aim is to solve social issues , and other issues, it works on national , international and local level, people with similar interests and similar opinion perform various functions,

They work with international non governmental agencies when they have common goal

Examples are

Red cross

The hunger project

Benefits of membership in professional organisations.

1.Development of professionalism

Members of a professional organization get more respect and they also maintain a professional behaviour with others .

2. Benefits and perks

Members of a professional organization get more perk aand benefits than any other , they get so many facilities either free or at a huge discount .

3. Identity.

Members of such institutions develope their identity just by being the part of it .

4. Connections or networking.

They have huge and wide networking with other organisations, and also on social media .

Students should seek membership from professional organization as it has various benefits , benefit of security of their career , it is well recognised and unique , it is well known to the nation, it has more respect , education system are wide and has various opputunity to learn, they deal with seminars, webinars, workshops and other professionals classes, developed programmes are also being held and the overall development of students take place.
