Answer #1

1. Acute pain related to surgery on legs as evidenced by high blood pressure of 148/92

Here, the patient is postoperative. priority nursing diagnosis would be related to pain, respiration, and circulation. here patient complains pain of 7/10 in pain scale and his blood pressure is elevated to 148/92 and pulse of 112 beats per minute.

thus the main diagnosis is acute pain and is related to surgery on legs. due to pain patient's, blood pressure is elevated.

2.

here, the patient is ignorant to self-injected insulin and eating candies even though his blood sugar level is between 200 to 275.

so, the appropriate nursing diagnosis would be deficient knowledge.

Deficient knowledge regarding type 1diabetes mellites, treatment and self-care related to unfamiliarity with information as evidenced by inadequate follow-through of instructions

3.

here patient is recovering from burn injury to her face. As she looks into the mirror she starts crying means, she has disturbed body image. and due to this, she is refusing to face others
