The mission statement do not reflect the organization’s purpose of providing acute care services.The mission statement given is like a blanket term covering modern aspects of science and betterment of client’s health .The statement do not imply any specifications as such.

The mission statement is a general assurance,which do not specify whether they have facilities for inpatients. The mission statement not only fails to identify the clients but also to explain the facilities offered at the organization .

3. Yes.

The vision statement clearly explains the desired future by mentioning that the organization will serve as the trusted partner in health care,second to none.This declaration also specifies the direction for the organization . This statement gives a hint that the organization will be specialized at effective care giving importance to safety .
