The concepts of nutrition that should be included in this project include the different types of nutrients such as the proteins, carbohydrates, fat, vitamins, minerals, fiber, and water their roles such as their importance in, growth, reproduction, health, and prevention disease of an organism. The knowledge of the required amounts of the nutrients based on age and sex, (Butler, 2020)
  2. They can develop a healthy eating plan for this group by including the concept that while promoting a healthy diet a balance should be stricken between the taste of the food and nutrition of the food
