1. Our state government has announced tentative plans to move homeless people in to college dorm rooms. A. In your opinion, is this idea a good idea? Or a bad idea? Why? B. Would you make this program voluntary? Or mandatory? Why? C. How vigorously would you enforce this program? Why? D. What penalties, if any, would you impose on homeless people for non-compliance? Why? E. I theory, what could ‘go wrong’ with the enforcement of this program?

(a) Under such a critical situation the state govt is forced to do so. It is a good idea to just move homeless people into colleges. The reason is that the govt dont want people to roam around as it will lead to community spread of the disease.

(b) As mentioned in part (a), we are forced to be agreeing with what government is saying as they want that the disease should not cross states.

(c) in order to save the nation,the govt have to take the help of police and other bodies to help accommodate the things because the situation will be worse if not controlled then and there.

(d) Nothing. Nothing could be imposed on homeless people as penalty as its already recession in the market.

(e) One thing that could go wrong from this theory is what if any of those homeless had the disease? It will spread in the whole college and there will be million of deaths. There could be mental health issues as well with the people during such a situation.
