a) it can be mentioned that when it comes to the case of human resources in the earliest stages of development most of the developing countries have the blue collar people will the human resources are usually abundant but they are not actually skilled but on the other hand in the developed countries do the human resources are small they are actually skilled with the productivity levels are actually high when compared to that of developing countries. As far as the physical resources are concerned, usually the physical resources are a bit high with that of the developed countries that of the developing countries in terms of technology
