''vicious circle of poverty'' operates in the underdeveloped country is another reason why the nation remain on the under developed position. the low saving, low investment and low capital formation are the main cause of the under development of the under developed country in the world. but in the developed country the nations are concentrate on the increase in saving and the productive investment that will lead to the capital formation in the better level of the country.
since the underdeveloped countries exports the non durable,perishable goods which are less price compared to the high priced, durable exports of the the developed nation. the exchange rate and other measures are favorable to the developed countries. along with the dumping policy practiced by the developed country relies the un developed countries lags in the technology and other matters.
The immiserising growth and the T- gape model etc affect the under developed country but the developed countries are benefited in these cases also. The developing countries are responsible for the 63 percent of current carbon emission. in the transportation and production methods existing in the under developed countries are significantly not going to radical change. the outdated technology , lack of modernisation in the industrial field and the use of carbon emission vehicle in the transportation etc are reason for the higher emission of the carbon in the under developing countries. where as the developing countries are keep on the innovative ideas like eco friendly vehicle ,electricity charged vehicle etc contribute lowering the carbon emission in the developed countries. thus the economics status and the improvement in the production ,transportation areas of the under developed countries can help the nation to reduce the carbon emission which will benefit the nation and world also
