Firm also strengthen on SWOT(STRENGTH, WEAKNESS,Opportunities and threat) hence improves firm's ability to overcome barriers and difficulties and obtain opportunistic environment.

2.An organization use incentives to ensure it appeals to the employees it wants to hire by giving employees rewards for their performance.Such rewards increases further productivity of employees which in turn make firm profitable.Such rewards can be monetary like increment and non monetary like promotions etc.People work for money and recognition hence such rewards motivate them to perform with 100% potential.
